Here's what happens after you choose a plan
There's no long discovery phase. Once you pick a plan, the steps are mostly about giving us access to the right accounts and assets so we can build, brand and submit the app.

Step by step
Timelines depend on your setup and store review, so we won't quote fixed dates here. This is the order of operations.
- Choose a plan: Buyer, Buyer + Seller, or Buyer + Seller Pro
- Set up or hand over your Apple Developer account, at $99 a year, renewed by you
- Set up or hand over your Google Play developer account
- Set up a OneSignal account for push notifications
- Send your branding assets: logo, color palette, app icon, splash screen
- We build the app against your AuctionWorx site and apply your branding
- We submit to the Apple App Store and Google Play under your accounts
- Store review happens on Apple's and Google's schedule, not ours, and approval isn't guaranteed
- Once approved, the app goes live and deployment is complete
- You get 30 days of free email support for bug fixes from the deployment date
- After that, further customization, feature work, or version upgrades are quoted separately
Accounts you'll need
A few accounts belong to you and stay in your name, even though we do the setup work with you.
- Apple Developer account, $99 per year
- Google Play developer account
- OneSignal account for push notifications
- An AI subscription if you're on the Pro plan and using AI title generation
- A barcode lookup service, only if you add the barcode add-on

Updates after launch
The app stays tied to the AuctionWorx version it was built against. When Apple or Google require an OS compatibility update, that's typically $500–$1,000 and comes up every 1–2 years. A minor AuctionWorx release update, migrating both the website and app, runs about $300 and is optional. A major release update is scoped and quoted separately. New features and design changes are handled the same way, as customization work.
